The Solecki Lab e Children’s Research Hospital is recruiting postdoctoral fellows to develop and apply imaging-based biosensor platforms that visualize chromatin states in living neurons.
The goal is to observe chromatin-state dynamics in real time as neurons mature and assemble into brain circuits. Fellows will work at the interface of live-cell microscopy, chromatin biology, quantitative image analysis, and developmental neuroscience, using lattice light-sheet and/or super-resolution
