Bartender

Silly Goose Private Dining is an elegant and intimate space that can seat up to 24 people.

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Bartender at Silly Goose Lounge in the Memphis Metropolitan Area. As a Bartender, you will prepare and serve beverages to customers, maintain a clean and organized bar area, and provide a welcoming and high-quality experience for all patrons. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, handling cash transactions accurately, and assisting in restocking supplies.

While most shifts will require on-site presence at the lounge, some administrative tasks may be performed remotely.

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Experience and knowledge in bartending and Food & Beverage preparation
• Proficiency in Cash Handling and operating a point-of-sale system
• Ability to create and craft cocktails while ensuring quality and accuracy in drink preparation
• Knowledge of food safety standards and state alcohol regulations
• Positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a bartending role or similar position is preferred
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
