- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
Restock items as needed throughout the shift - Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
- Previous work experience in a luxury hotel setting is ideal, but willing to train the food service professional looking to grow their career in the hospitality industry. We are dedicated to thoroughly training & developing our team into hotel leaders through interactive teamwork in a positive work environment!
- Strong culinary skills and a passion for food
- Attention to detail and a commitment to culinary excellence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high- pressure kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Culinary degree or formal training is a plus but not required
