• Own the guest experience: warm welcome, confident recs, memorable table touches.
• Read the room: pace courses, time refills, stage share plates, anticipate needs.
• Know the menu: pizzas, apps, pastas, seasonal features, and house beers (quick pairings = big wins).
• Sell through service: suggest pairings, samples in taster glasses, and “you’ve gotta try this” moments.
• Keep it tight: pre-bus, reset, verify orders, and close the loop on every request.
• Fix the issue & the feeling: use our RHYTHM recovery steps to turn misses into “wow.”
• Play as a team: jump on running food, expo handoffs, and host assists during rush.

• A friendly floor presence and clear, upbeat communication.
• Curiosity about food, beer, and cocktails (we’ll train you to talk flavors, not buzzwords).
• Reliability, hustle, and calm under pressure.
