In senior living, dining is the heartbeat of the community. It’s where friendships are formed, milestones are celebrated, and daily joy is served. As Dining Room Manager, you’ll help create an environment that feels welcoming, elegant, and full of life.

• Lead and inspire a team of servers and dining staff
• Oversee daily dining operations and service excellence
• Ensure an exceptional resident and guest experience
• Coordinate with culinary leadership for seamless service
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality
• Train, mentor, and develop team members

• 2+ years of restaurant or hospitality leadership experience
• A passion for service and team development
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience in senior living, country club, or upscale dining (a plus!)
• A positive, can-do attitude and genuine care for others
