Avolta - - Responsibilities:
Prepare cooked foods and operate station functions of Fry, Flat Top Griddle, Pantry, and cooking eggs;
Communicate ticket times and potential problems to the manager on duty and servers as necessary;
Follow recipes and product directions, estimate production requirements, and assist in requisition of supplies;
Cleans and sanitizes work stations and equipment;
Practice excellent food safety and sanitation and comply with HACCP standards
