Role at a Glance

As a Setup Crew Team Member, you'll be part of a full-time, nationwide traveling team responsible for transforming Auto Zone retail spaces into fully operational stores. This role involves hands-on fixture installation, merchandising, and collaboration with local teams to ensure every store meets our brand's high standards. It's ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, have a passion for retail construction, and are excited by the opportunity to travel extensively while making a visible impact.

* Travel to construction sites and existing store locations across the country

* Install display equipment and merchandise to meet Auto Zone's high standards

* Construct fixtures following prototypical floor plans

* Collaborate with and train local Auto Zoners in setup processes and fixture construction

* Merchandise new stores and remodel existing ones using detailed planograms

What We're Looking For

* Must be at least 21 years old

* Valid driver's license that meets Auto Zone's standards

* Willing and able to travel extensively-up to six to eight weeks at a time or longer if needed

* Ability to lift up to approximately 70 lbs., load and unload trucks, and move fixtures and merchandise

* Comfortable with standing for long periods, walking, bending, and maintaining full range of motion

* Cooperative and responsible team player with a willingness to take on additional duties

* Ability to read and interpret planograms accurately

* Strong communication skills for training and collaborating with local teams
