Assistant Store Manager - Operations

At Home - 7697 Winchester Road - Responsibilities:
Lead and coach the store operations team to meet At Homes Vision, Mission, Values, and business objectives while following all Company processes and policies.;
Recruit, interview, hire, and manage team members to ensure a positive customer experience and ensure new hires are trained and developed.;
Coach, drive performance, and take action with team members including performance support plans and corrective actions.;
Make employment decisions related to hiring, compensation, promotions, transfers, releases, and disciplinary actions.;
Coordinate with the Store Director to optimize staffing, payroll processing, and labor model standards to support traffic, sales, and customer experience.;
Review and communicate store financial data from the scorecard; develop budgets and strategies to maximize sales and profits.;
Oversee task management, scheduling shifts and ensuring timely completion of tasks.;
Manage opening/closing/front-end processes, safety, and security of the store and assets.;
Oversee freight and stocking processes, unloading and merchandising of new stock while maintaining a safe stockroom and store.;
Lead in customer satisfaction, inventory, cash control, safety, loss prevention, and expense control; conduct regular team meetings.
