Verify discrepancies with inbound shipments using IRMS Receipt Detail by PO journal and a store packaging list;
Unpack returned merchandise, inspect package condition and assess paperwork sent in with returns instructions for proper return procedures;
Distribute returned items to their proper location considering all factors including the value of product, its condition and type of return;
Lift product by hand which may weigh up to 100lbs;
Maintain attention to detail during processing of returns
