Maintain a visible presence at store entrances and on the sales floor to deter theft and maintain safety.; greet customers in a courteous manner and assist with questions while promoting loss prevention initiatives.;
Monitor entrances/exits and sales floor for potential theft indicators and communicate findings to Store Leadership and Loss Prevention.;
Train and educate Associates on shortage reduction initiatives and proper store procedures.;
Support compliance with loss prevention directives and safety policies.
