Maintain a visible security presence at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor to deter theft and ensure safety.;
Greet customers and assist with questions in a courteous manner while monitoring for theft indicators.;
Communicate with Store Leadership and Loss Prevention to address incidents and share information on shortage trends.;
Support loss prevention initiatives and participate in training and education of Associates on shortage reduction.;
Adhere to company policies and dress code while performing duties.
