Old Dominick Distillery is a 50,000 square-foot craft spirits distillery proudly rooted in downtown Memphis, Tennessee, that crafts award-winning whiskey, bourbon, vodka, and gin. We invite guests to learn the lore, experience the craft, and share a sip of pure Memphis with distillery tours, spirit tastings, private events, and our craft cocktail bar.
Our business has grown consistently since its opening in 2017 and we continue to increase our footprint in both our home state of Tennessee and across the United States.

JOB DESCRIPTION S/RESPONSIBILITIES:Old Dominick is searching for motivated, engaging individuals to join our team by giving distillery tours to our guests and supporting retail sales in our spirits shop. As a team member, you will be trained in delivering engaging, spirited distillery tours and spirit tastings. You’ll learn how to support Old Dominick spirit and merchandise sales in our Distillery retail shop, and you’ll strive to make each guest feel like family.
A great Old Dominick tour guide can:
- Follow a tour script – while adding personality and fun perspective to make each tour your own
- Follow a designated tour path and be knowledgeable of the Old Dominick story
- Be knowledgeable of the line of Old Dominick spirits and lead spirit tastings
- Be prepared to show up each day to provide an exceptional, memorable experience to our guests
- Have the ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Monitor inventory in the Spirit Shop and re-stock items as necessary
- Handle booking tours through Any Road booking software and conduct Spirits Shop sales through Square POS system
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Positive disposition, great interpersonal skills
- Ability & willingness to work part-time, non-traditional hours (weekends)
- Ability & willingness to work the occasional nighttime event
- Customer service, retail, and/or tourism experience preferred
- Capable of working on your feet, climbing stairs, bending, kneeling & squatting
