Contribute to meeting store goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty, and retail shrink as set by Ulta Beauty for the store;
Provide exceptional guest service at the cashwrap and assist with makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest service experience;
Assist in training of new cashiers, and cross-training of other associates in cashiering;
Take ownership over replenishment, organization, and maintenance of cashwrap displays and impulse fixtures to ensure guest-readiness;
Complete select register open and close functions as directed by the manager on duty
