• Merchandise and stock products on the sales floor and in the receiving area.
• Assist customers in locating merchandise, answer questions, and provide product information.
• Operate the cash register and process customer purchases accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, including restocking aisles, arranging displays, and ensuring a tidy environment.
• Support restocking and inventory management to ensure products are readily available for customers.
• Follow company policies to deliver outstanding customer service.

• High school diploma or equivalent; retail or customer‑service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and nights.
• Proficiency with a point‑of‑sale system is an advantage.
