Bass Pro Shops - - Responsibilities:
Assist in driving training and continued development for all Outfitters on shrink, safety, and security related functions within a store;
Cascades as appropriate, all Asset Protection related directives and initiatives to store leadership and Outfitters;
Demonstrates exceptional customer service on floor interactions and during suspicious activity;
Identify root causes of shrink through analyzing cycle counts and audits, and investigate discrepancies;
Prepare detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner
