Burlington - 5048 Park Avenue - Responsibilities:
Provide an effective deterrent to dishonest behaviors and demonstrate a command presence in the store;
Maintain a safe and secure store with attention to detail and strong communication;
Engage with customers and associates in high-risk shortage areas to promote safe operations;
Gather and document indicators of external theft and coordinate with store and field leadership, including possible engagement with local law enforcement;
Assist in internal controls, POS monitoring, store audits, and promotion of Asset Protection programs
