Represent Acosta, its clients, and customers by working in teams to perform store reset and remodel activities.
- Read and follow a plan‑ogram to complete reset and remodel work, ensuring merchandise placement, void corrections, and special merchandising activities are accurate.
- Move and clean shelves, install new racks and shelves, display merchandise correctly, attach shelf strips and tags, check date codes and plan‑ogram integrity, and process pack‑outs, restocks, and reorders.
- Partner with store personnel and co‑workers to achieve and maintain merchandising excellence, discussing changes and building effective relationships.
- Prepare, process, submit, and manage documentation related to assigned reset and remodel work.
- Perform job safely by demonstrating awareness of surroundings, using proper safety techniques and equipment, and reporting unsafe conditions to prevent injuries.
- Understand and follow Acosta policies and standard operating procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
This role requires travel, overnight stays up to 75‑100% of the time, and occasional weekend work. Employees must be at least 21 years of age. Must be willing to work in cold environments for limited periods.
Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of experience reading and using planograms; retail and reset responsibility experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
- Comfortable using technology such as smartphones, computers, and handheld devices.
- Strong competencies in Quality Commitment, Detail Orientation, Customer Service, and Communication Skills.
- Proficient in web‑based applications for work availability, assignment processing, documentation, mileage, expenses, time tracking, and training.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, decision‑making, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to read and communicate effectively with others.
