Work EnvironmentThis role is based in a retail store warehouse setting. It involves physical work including lifting up to 75 lbs., assembling merchandise, and managing product flow. It also includes cross‑functional collaboration with store teams and flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3–5 years of management or team lead experience preferred
- Proven success in a warehouse or back‑end retail environment
- Ability to work a retail schedule including weekends and holidays
- Mechanically inclined and able to assemble furniture
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. safely
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 75 lbs.
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing
- Ability to safely assemble furniture using tools
- May operate warehouse equipment as needed (training provided)
