Meta Floater Sales Specialist

Job Type: Regular.

Work location:

Market – META – TN – Memphis.

Pay: $19.60 per hour.

Hours:

6 hours guaranteed per week, on‑call coverage hours can vary weekly.

Availability

Required:

Friday 4:00pm – 8:00pm, Saturday and Sunday 11:00am – 7:00pm.

Location:

Retailers within approximately a 30‑mile radius of the market center. Holiday

Schedule:

Additional shifts may be added for key customer shopping days.

Part‑time Meta Sales Specialist Floater – work closely with retail shoppers to recommend Meta products and provide a successful shopping experience. Team provides all technology training.

• Engage customers and demonstrate Meta AR/VR products.
• Build trust and recommend appropriate products to meet customer needs.
• Represent Meta and 2020 Companies with professionalism and a welcoming approach.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team success.
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays of Meta products.
• Partner with retail sales associates and leaders, sharing knowledge and contributing to a positive work environment.
• Track customer interactions, feedback, and sales electronically; submit daily reports via mobile device.
• Adapt to local retail store environments and adhere to operational policies.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing preferred.
• Interest in AV and VR products is a plus.
• Ability to engage, demonstrate, and ask for the sale.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Availability to work weekends and up to a minimum of three one‑time weekday shifts.
• Own a smartphone with iPhone

  25 operating system.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, pick up, bend, and lift up to 20lbs occasionally; accommodations may be made for disabilities.
