• Pay range: $15.00‑$16.00/hr

• Interact with customers daily, including sales, loans, and extensions on pawn items such as jewelry, electronics, musical instruments, and more.
• Provide a friendly, courteous, respectful environment that distinguishes us from competitors.
• Greet customers, interact in person and on the phone.
• Process sales, loans, and extensions.
• Perform opening and closing store duties.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask.
• Pass criminal background check and drug test.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) is a plus.
• Sales background a plus.
• Bilingual a plus.

• Start as a trainee in a 5‑week paid training program.
• Earn a $0.50 raise and promotion to Pawnbroker upon completion.
• Continue learning through the Pawnbroker Certification Program with an additional $1 per hour.
• Promote to Lead Pawnbroker (Shift Manager) position.
• Apply for Store Manager in Training with a 12‑week program to manage a store.
