We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service Team Member (Pawnbroker) to deliver exceptional customer service and support our fast‑paced retail environment. Immediate openings are available.

Start as a Trainee in a 5‑week paid training program, earning a $0.50 raise and promotion to Pawnbroker upon completion. Continue with our Pawnbroker Certification Program for a $1.00 per hour increase and potential promotion to Lead Pawnbroker (Shift Leader), then pursue an Assistant Manager position via a mandatory 6‑month training program.

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and engaging with them in person and on the phone.
• Process sales, loans, and extensions while maintaining compliance with company policies.
• Perform opening and closing store duties and maintain store appearance.
• Assist customers with pawn items such as jewelry, electronics, musical instruments, tools, firearms, and other commonly pawned goods.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong multitasking ability and positive, outgoing personality.
• Must pass a criminal background check and a drug test (completed after a conditional offer).
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) is a plus.
• Sales background is a plus. Bilingual language skills are a plus.
