The Production Associate – Hard Goods contributes to Thrift Smart’s Quality Management and Value Management teams in order to categorize, price, and stock donated goods.
Thrift Smart requires its employees to pass a drug test and go through E-Verification.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Sort incoming donations into proper categories.
- Ensure quality control of all items - keeping the best and recycling the rest.
- Price and ticket merchandise using pricing guidelines.
- Stock merchandise on sales floor as needed.
- Assist customers with loading furniture purchases.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
- Meet production standards for quality and quantity.

- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1 year of experience in retail or warehouse environment preferred.

- Frequently required to lift items up to 40lbs.
- Occasionally required to lift items up to 75 lbs.
- Occasionally required to team lift items weighing more than 150 lbs.
