• Warmly greet, acknowledge, and take guests’ drink and food orders within 30 seconds of they enter the concept.
• Accurately total, process and collect payments from guests, including the use of the point‑of‑sale system.
• Handle money, process credit and debit card transactions, make change, and comply with the company’s Cash Handling and Loss Prevention Standard Operating Procedures.
• Demonstrate knowledge and enthusiasm about the store’s products and make recommendations to guests to meet their travel‑essential needs.
• Create and deliver first‑class experiences for the traveling public in both on‑trend national brands and iconic local concepts.
• Uphold the highest safety and health standards to maintain a comfortable environment our customers can trust.
