Operations Supervisor
As the Operations Supervisor, you are accountable for contributing to profitable sales growth by driving store merchandise in‑stocks, supervising and engaging Operations associates, and driving the execution of operational tasks.
Primary Responsibilities- Customer Service & Sales – Maneuver around the store at a fast pace, directing the team and working with the latest merchandise, while resolving customer issues and concerns professionally.
- Store Operations – Assist with inventory counts and updates to ensure accurate in‑stock information for customers, oversee RFID process, perform system uploads to maintain an accurate stock ledger, and lead the door‑to‑floor merchandise preparation process. Manage and engage the pricing and signing team, execute promotional price signing, and handle re‑ticketing and re‑packaging.
- Stockroom & General Operations – Responsible for all stockroom processes, work safety initiatives, facility equipment, and support process execution. Oversee the cash office and own receiving, shipping, and logistics with third‑party carrier processes.
- Team Development – Actively train and develop associates, coach in the moment, address performance issues, and partner with operations associates on training and policy compliance.
- Performance Standards – Consistently meet established performance standards, including but not limited to shrink and safety initiatives, omnichannel effectiveness, scheduling efficiency, associate relations, engagement, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance.
- Work experience – Minimum of 2 years retail leadership experience.
- Education – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
