Personal Shopper; In-Store

Role Summary

Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.

As an online order filler you help customers shop for and select their items from all departments. The position is fast‑paced and requires you to juggle shopping for online customers while also assisting in‑store customers. You dispense orders, engage customers throughout the dispensing process, and maintain a clean and safe work area. The pace can be intense, especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during holiday seasons.

$15.00 - $28.00 per hour (actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location).

Additional compensation may include performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
