EZCORP is hiring a Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) in Madison, Tennessee. The position offers a starting pay range of $16.00‑$18.00 per hour and an initial 5‑week paid training program. Successful completion earns a $0.50 raise and promotion to Lead Pawnbroker. The role is part of a structured career path that includes additional training toward an Assistant Manager position.

• Provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships with customers
• Promote sales and negotiate deals for a wide variety of pawn items
• Process loans, extensions, and pawn agreements
• Resolve disagreements with customers to reach satisfactory terms
• Perform opening and closing store procedures
• Supervise, coach, and develop team members
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that sets EZPAWN apart from competitors

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or key‑holder experience
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, with excellent judgment and time‑management
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) is a plus
• Sales background, bilingual language skills, and other relevant experience are a plus
• Adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulations
