Entry-Level Budtender Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, dependable Entry-Level Budtender to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers by answering questions, recommending products, and providing excellent customer service in a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities- Greet and assist customers with product selection.
- Educate customers on available cannabis products.
- Operate the point-of-sale system and process transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized sales floor.
- Verify customer identification and follow all state regulations.
- Restock inventory and help with daily store tasks.
- Work as part of a team to create a positive customer experience.
- Must meet the minimum legal age of 21.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to learn about cannabis products and regulations.
- Reliable, professional, and able to work flexible hours.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
