Provide best-in-class guest service and greet guests while addressing questions and concerns;
Assist the Store Manager in all facets of store operations and supervision of Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders;
Process guest purchases/returns using the POS system accurately and professionally;
Schedule store associates and ensure breaks/meals are accounted for according to guidelines;
Protect company assets through inventory control and loss-prevention practices and ensure bank deposits are handled as required
