Part Time Guest Service Associate ' Frost Bake Shop

We're looking for a friendly, dependable Guest Service Associate to join our Frost Bake Shop team. This part-time position is perfect for someone who loves working with people, takes pride in a clean and welcoming space, and enjoys being part of a small, supportive team.

$12.00'$15.00 per hour

• Greet every guest with warmth and help create a positive, memorable experience
• Answer phones and assist guests with product questions and orders
• Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions
• Keep bakery cases, refrigerators, and service areas stocked, organized, and looking great
• Assist with packaging and light inventory tasks
• Maintain a clean and inviting shop, including dishes, tables, display cases, and restrooms
• Jump in to help wherever needed-we're a team, and we support each other!

• A friendly, positive attitude and love for customer service
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and team-oriented mindset
• Basic comfort using a POS system and standard technology

• Full-time hours 33-40 hours/week, including weekends - espeically Fridays & Saturdays
• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting (up to 50 lbs)
• Occasional time in a walk-in freezer (cold-weather gear provided)
