-  - Responsibilities:
Engage with pet parents and their pets, providing positive experiences in-store, over the phone, at the sales register, and online.;
Greet customers, answer questions, and assist with product selection throughout the store.;
Prepare online orders for pick-up in-store and ensure a smooth, positive pickup experience.;
Maintain store cleanliness and uphold pet safety standards, including care of store-owned pets.;
Promote events and services (adoption weekends, Treats enrollment, charity events) and support price changes/promotions as needed
