• Promote and maintain a store culture consistent with Worldwide Golf’s values and the “Sure No Problem” philosophy.
• Maintain awareness of golf product knowledge, terminology, merchandise promotions, demo merchandise, and sale advertisements.
• Evaluate customers’ needs, apply knowledge of equipment features and benefits, and make recommendations.
• Educate customers on products and help compare differences.
• Operate launch monitor and golf simulator equipment to provide data during in‑store experience.
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising, and keep the sales floor organized and clean.
• Research merchandise availability via computer database, requisition from stockroom, and inventory stock as needed.
• Identify and suggest process improvements once fully trained.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

• Physical ability to stand or move around the store, including bending, stooping, lifting up to 15 pounds, carrying, walking, and reaching regularly.
• Working knowledge of word‑processing, spreadsheet, inventory, internet, and order processing systems.
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.

• Golf knowledge/background is required.
• Any experience in the golf industry is a plus (entry‑level candidates considered).
