Role Description The Retail Specialist is a full-time, on-site role located in the Memphis Metropolitan Area. This position is responsible for greeting customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized product recommendations. Day-to-day tasks include handling retail sales transactions, maintaining product displays and store cleanliness, and ensuring merchandise is well-stocked and organized. The Retail Specialist will answer customer questions, share product knowledge, support customer satisfaction, and collaborate with team members to deliver a positive in-store experience.

Additional responsibilities may include assisting with inventory, participating in store events, and supporting other operational needs as required.

• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
