Customer Service Associate at Walgreens

Base pay range: $15.00/hr - $17.50/hr

• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Registers sales on assigned cash register; processes payments, returns, refunds.
• Maintains a clean and organized store environment and restocks merchandise.
• Provides customer service in the photo area and suggests promotional products.
• Assists with sales promotion and recommends add‑on items.
• Supports web pick‑up orders and manages the pick‑up area.
• Follows company asset protection procedures and state/local laws regarding regulated products.

• Attends training and completes required PPLs.

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

• At least 6 months experience in a retail environment.
• Prior work experience with Walgreens.
• Fluent in English (except Puerto Rico).
