Role Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs.
• Offer tailored solutions to customers.
• Represent the company professionally and courteously.
• Assist with store operations.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs, with potential for bonuses.

Job Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Good communication skills, positive attitude, and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• Retail sales experience helpful but not required.
• At least 18 years old, authorized to work in the US.
• Available to work at least 32 hours/week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and residence within 30 minutes of the store.
• Ability to operate a computer and maintain a professional appearance.
