Outside Sales Representative

💰 Compensation: $36,000 – $68,000 per year (Base + Commission)

Uniform Masters is a Memphis-based, family-owned company that has served industrial and commercial businesses across the Mid-South for over 80 years
. We provide uniforms, floor mats, and workplace safety products that help companies protect their people and operate professionally.

We’re looking for an Outside Sales Representative who knows how to develop new business in an industrial, relationship-driven market like Memphis. This role is ideal for someone comfortable prospecting, walking facilities, and building trust with owners and operations leaders.

• Prospect and develop new B2B accounts in industrial and commercial environments
• Meet with business owners, plant managers, and operations teams
• Present uniform, mat, and workplace safety programs
• Build and manage a sales pipeline with clear activity and sales goals
• Work closely with a local service and operations team

• Outside or B2B sales experience preferred
• Comfortable with field-based prospecting and relationship selling
• Strong communication, follow-up, and organization skills
• Self-motivated, professional, and accountable
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
• Base salary + commission (performance-driven earnings)
