Our client is a globally recognised logistics provider with a strong U.S. presence across air freight, ocean freight, customs brokerage, and integrated supply chain solutions. With established carrier agreements, global gateway coverage, and a reputation for operational reliability, they support clients with scalable international freight strategies across key U.S. markets.

As part of continued growth across the Southeast, they are expanding their commercial team in Tennessee.

• Generate and close new international air and ocean freight opportunities
• Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan across Tennessee
• Conduct prospect meetings, solution presentations, and rate negotiations
• Partner with pricing and operations to build competitive proposals
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through implementation
• Build long‑term client relationships to drive retention and organic growth

• 3+ years of international freight forwarding sales experience
• Proven track record of generating new revenue (air and/or ocean freight)
• Strong understanding of import/export processes and global trade lanes
• Hunter mentality with the ability to operate independently
• Strong commercial acumen and closing ability
• Based in or willing to cover the Tennessee territory
