Our Repossession Agents are equipped with all of the tools thatthey need to be successful. United offers Agent training, a fleet ofstate of the art trucks, and the latest technological tools thathave been custom designed to assist our Agents in maximizing their earning potential and performance. Full-time Agents are eligible for insurance. This is a commission position with opportunity forbonuses. Agents in the Cinncinnati market can reasonably average $55k-$80k+ annually.

Our newly hired Repossession Agents will experience intensive training at our corporate headquarters in Memphis, TN (travel,meals, and accommodation are covered by United). During the five daytraining, you will meet with internal operations that will serve asyour support while in the field. You will experience hands on training in a classroom environment and in the field. In the classroom, you will get a better understanding of this position andthe tools you will use to succeed.

In the field, you will run routeswith our Field Operations Manager - seeing first hand the role of aRepossession Agent.

What we are looking for:

A self-starter with the drive and discipline to perform successfully under limited supervision.

An individual with basic mechanical skill. Don’t worry we’llteach you all you need to know about strapping up a car.

A naturally curious soul. Someone who is willing to dig-inand take the extra step necessary to achieve success.

An excellent communicator. Information is power and the ability to clearly communicate the knowledge makes you apower-player in the field.

What you need:

Be 23 years of age or older with a clean driving record tobe approved by our insurance.

A DOT physical card or ability to pass a DOT Physical.

Fleet vehicle. Either a Dodge 4500 or a Ford F450.

Fuel card to cover gas expenses.

Fleet Maintenance program to keep your truck in tip-topshape. Company paid.

Eligibility to enroll in major medical, dental, vision,disability, and life insurance plans.

Eligibility to enroll in 401(k) savings program with company match after 1 year of tenure.

Straight commission pay structure. Our Agents are able tocontrol and maximize their earning potential.
