As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative to grow our client base across Tennessee, Mississippi, and Arkansas.
About the RoleThis hybrid inside/outside sales role is perfect for a self‑starter who thrives on generating new leads, closing deals, and selling services that protect people and property. You’ll manage a 200-mile territory around Memphis, meeting with decision‑makers, presenting tailored solutions, and driving year‑over‑year revenue growth.
What You’ll Do- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial, retail, industrial, and event sectors
- Generate leads and manage a pipeline of prospective clients
- Conduct on‑site visits, security assessments, and presentations
- Develop proposals and pricing plans that meet client needs
- Close deals and drive consistent sales growth year over year
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery
- Track and report activity through CRM tools
- 2+ years of B2B or outside sales experience (security industry experience highly preferred)
- Proven track record of new business generation, closing deals, and selling services
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Familiarity with the Memphis area and surrounding region
