Sales Representative – Security Services

📍 Memphis, TN (Covering a 200-Mile Radius)

🕓 Full-Time | On-Site & Field-Based | Company Vehicle Allowance

As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative to grow our client base across Tennessee, Mississippi, and Arkansas.

About the Role

This hybrid inside/outside sales role is perfect for a self‑starter who thrives on generating new leads, closing deals, and selling services that protect people and property. You’ll manage a 200-mile territory around Memphis, meeting with decision‑makers, presenting tailored solutions, and driving year‑over‑year revenue growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial, retail, industrial, and event sectors
  • Generate leads and manage a pipeline of prospective clients
  • Conduct on‑site visits, security assessments, and presentations
  • Develop proposals and pricing plans that meet client needs
  • Close deals and drive consistent sales growth year over year
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Track and report activity through CRM tools
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of B2B or outside sales experience (security industry experience highly preferred)
  • Proven track record of new business generation, closing deals, and selling services
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Familiarity with the Memphis area and surrounding region
