Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales of our private aviation services. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their private aviation needs
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
  • Negotiate and close sales deals
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and timely delivery of services to clients
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company and generate leads
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competition to identify potential business opportunities
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the aviation industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Knowledge of private aviation services and industry trends is a plus
