POSITION OVERVIEW
A rapidly expanding, entrepreneurial technology company, Building
36 Technologies, is seeking ambitious, self‑directed individuals to join our sales team. The Corporate Account Associate is a sales role, responsible for driving revenue through an assigned set of accounts and managing current and prospective dealer relationships to ensure their success with Building
36 products. This position requires at least 40% travel across a regional account base. The ideal candidate is based in Nashville, TN, well versed in technology, has a keen problem‑solving sense, and a desire to work in sales.
- Managing and developing a set of assigned corporate accounts to increase productivity and sales of Building
36 products - Developing relationships with key individuals inside account base and investigating and resolving obstacles to dealer success
- Close collaboration with sales team to identify new revenue opportunities and support sales efforts for the broader team
- Responding to inbound phone call and email inquiries from assigned accounts
- Initiating outbound phone campaigns to uncover sales opportunities & set appointments for the broader sales team
- Executing on individual sales campaigns and delivering webinar/on‑site product trainings
- Fostering positive and productive relationships with Building
36 dealers and communicating information to management that is vital to successful relationships - Attending industry association meetings and trade shows as necessary
- Interfacing with various departments within the organization including Sales Operations, Product Management, and Marketing
- Staying up to date with new Building
36 product release features to properly respond to partner inquiries
- Bachelor’s degree is required to be considered for this position
- 3+ years of experience in a sales role is preferred
- Highly motivated, resourceful, self‑starter with ability to deliver results
- Successful history of account management, business development, and/or client training
- Strong communication and presentation skills to customers, vendors, and executives, both written and verbal
- Passion for consumer technology and interest in developing a deep technical understanding of Building
36 and partner products - Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a small, fast‑paced environment
- Strong people skills; natural customer service orientation and disposition – enjoys working with clients and supporting internal customers
- Commitment to meet deadlines, even during high volume periods
- Flexible and positive attitude that fosters team spirit
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Salesforce, Web Exec, and Power Point
- Must be willing to travel up to 40% of the time
