What You’ll Do
  • Conduct cold outreach (phone and in-person) to generate leads
  • Meet with property managers, business owners, and decision-makers
  • Navigate gatekeepers and secure meetings with key contacts
  • Identify and qualify commercial service agreement opportunities
  • Use tools and data to target properties and time your outreach effectively
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

What You Bring
  • Prior sales experience (B2B preferred)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Strong time management and self-motivation
Preferred (Not Required)
  • Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical systems
  • Background in technical or product sales
  • Experience estimating construction or service projects
Schedule

7:30 am - 4:30 pm Monday to Friday
