Role:
High-End Gutter Installation Sale Representative

We are The Brothers that just do Gutters, a full-service rain gutter and gutter guard franchise that repairs, installs, and maintains seamless gutters, gutter guards, specialty gutters, and more. We operate multiple locations across the United States and offer a performance-based environment with clear career paths.

Sales and Estimating Responsibilities
  • Attend all estimates on time.
  • Price new opportunities within 48 hours of onsite visits using corporate rates.
  • Return incoming phone calls professionally within 8 business hours.
  • Provide product differentiation throughout the selling process.
  • Effectively sell the company’s services by understanding customer needs and delivering suitable solutions.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up procedures on all open bids, obtaining a definitive yes or no.
  • Achieve a closing percentage of at least 40%.
  • Participate in networking groups to build business relationships and promote the company.
  • Relentlessly prospect by asking referrals and seeking new business beyond standard marketing.
  • Set and achieve goals for sales volumes, closing rates, and gross profits.
Communication
  • Maintain regular communication with owners, staff, and field personnel to develop effective methods and systems.
  • Maintain the company’s reputation by communicating professionally, being punctual, and returning calls promptly.
  • Ensure all necessary job information is communicated to install crews (e.g., job colors, scopes, scheduling, billing).
  • Maintain open communication with crew leaders and painters to stay informed on job status and teams.
  • Communicate with all employees positively and respectfully.

Pay

Base salary plus commission.
