Location: Memphis - in office daily

We're seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys building connections, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Whether you're early in your career or looking to grow into sales, we provide the training, tools, and support you need to succeed.

• Connect with prospective and existing customers via phone, email, and digital channels
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services
• Manage a pipeline of opportunities and consistently follow up
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve results

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, coachability, and a desire to learn
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
• Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for helping others
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)

Salary range and additional compensation are based on experience and location. Eligible employees may receive discretionary bonuses, and the company offers medical, dental, vision benefits and a 401(k) retirement plan.
