Job Summary

Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video and Voice services to small and mid‑size businesses focusing mainly on advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX and multi‑location opportunities. Create and deliver face‑to‑face sales presentations that demonstrate knowledge of the latest Comcast products and services. Promote bundled products to ensure the optimal solution for the customer. Sell with the goal of exceeding departmental financial and unit targets.

Stay abreast of competitive landscape and emerging technologies to best position Comcast Business Services in the marketplace.

Core Responsibilities
  • Territory development, including local business partnerships, organizational affiliations, and enhancing Comcast positioning and brand.
  • Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports.
  • Support customer satisfaction and uphold a positive impression of the Comcast Experience.
  • Acquire new customers for Comcast Commercial Internet, Video and Voice services.
  • Generate new leads via prospecting activities such as cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships.
  • Focus on advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX and multi‑location opportunities.
  • Identify improvement areas through a consultative process to enhance prospect communication.
  • Manage the territory with a high activity and comprehensive business plan.
  • Collaborate with technical, customer service and related support staffs to ensure end‑to‑end customer sales and satisfaction and drive new revenue growth.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects to exceed monthly quota performance.
  • Remain knowledgeable of Comcast products and services to facilitate sales efforts.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales and business quality objectives.
  • Adhere to company standards, maintain professionalism, and ensure punctual, regular attendance.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred). Alternative combinations of coursework and experience are considered.
  • Relevant work experience: 5–7 years in commercial sales, preferably in internet, voice, or data services.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay: $59,000.00
Targeted Total Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $. Sales positions may be eligible for commission under applicable plans and most non‑sales positions for bonus. Comcast also provides best‑in‑class benefits including comprehensive health, wellness, and financial programs.
