We are looking for an ambitious, self‑motivated individual with a proven record of effort‑driven success to join our growing sales team in the construction arena. • Bachelor's Degree (BS) preferred.
• Recent college graduates and/or up to 1‑4 years of sales experience.
• Former athletes encouraged to apply.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internal business systems.
• Strong work ethic and ability to multi‑task.
• Willingness to participate in a year‑long training program.
• Self‑motivated with excellent organizational skills.
• Goal‑oriented mindset.

• Partner with an experienced Traditional Sales Representative for 18–24 months to receive hands‑on training.
• Develop sales skills, demonstrate high energy, and build interpersonal and communication effectiveness.
• Travel within the assigned territory to meet clients and support projects.
• Establish a strong foundation for a career in high‑end building materials, focusing on commercial roofing.

The salary range for this position is generally between $60,000 and $80,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
