We are looking for an Account Executive in Memphis, Tennessee to drive business growth through consultative B2B sales. This role is ideal for results‑oriented professionals passionate about building relationships, solving business challenges, and delivering technology solutions that make a measurable impact. What

to Expect

New hires participate in an immersive 8‑week sales development program, combining in-depth product and solution training with hands‑on coaching and peer collaboration. You will gain mastery of Novatech’s full technology portfolio, our sales methodology, and internal tools, setting the stage for long‑term success and advancement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and outbound activity
  • Represent Novatech’s full portfolio of IT, Print, Cloud, and Security solutions with credibility
  • Build strong relationships with decision makers, including C‑level executives
  • Conduct consultative conversations to align solutions with client objectives
  • Manage a defined territory and sales pipeline to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting using Salesforce
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience
  • Prior B2B outside sales experience preferred
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation
