Outside Sales Representative – South & Central Arkansas Territory

Position Title: Outside Sales Representative
Territory: South & Central Arkansas
Reports To: Regional Sales Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Outside Sales Representative to grow market share throughout South and Central Arkansas. This role is responsible for generating new business through cold calling, prospecting, relationship building, and selling a broad portfolio of products and services. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter with a hunter mentality who thrives in a fast‑paced sales environment and enjoys building long‑term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow a sales territory throughout South and Central Arkansas.
  • Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in‑person prospecting.
  • Identify customer needs and present appropriate products and service solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct face‑to‑face sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing and account follow‑up.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions within CRM.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and account support.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of outside sales, business development, or territory management experience preferred.
  • Proven success in cold calling and new business generation.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory.
