OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Appointment Setting Specialist / Inside Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with homeowners, following up on inbound and marketing-generated leads, and booking qualified inspections for our sales team. This is not cold calling. You will be working warm leads from customers who have already expressed interest in our services.

- Follow up on inbound and marketing-generated leads to schedule inspections
- Make outbound calls to warm prospects who have already expressed interest in our services
- Provide a strong first impression of DFX through professional and engaging communication
- Overcome objections and confidently guide customers toward booking an appointment
- Accurately enter and update customer information in the system
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly appointment setting goals
- Partner with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of scheduled appointments
- Previous call center, inside sales, or retail sales experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Comfortable working in a goal-driven, performance-based environment
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
- Sales or appointment setting experience is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
