Compensation: $52K-$175K per year (Draw + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses)

Delta Construction and Restoration is hiring a Business Development Representative to own the Memphis, TN territory and build referral relationships with insurance agents and fire departments across the metro. This is a field-based role for someone who wants to run a territory like their own business.

• You bring 2 plus years in a customer-facing, self-directed role preferably in Home Services or Home Improvement
• You have a valid driver's license
• You are equally at home in a fire station and an insurance office, professional without being polished into in authenticity
• You treat a territory like a business you personally own, not a job you complete for someone else
• You play the long game, value trust over transactions, and understand that referrals are earned
• You take pride in working a plan consistently, even on days when nothing is on the calendar and no one is watching
• You believe documenting your work and keeping the team informed is part of doing the job right

• We serve residential and commercial property owners across the Memphis metro with restoration and insurance restoration work

• Execute a Target Marketing Plan focused on insurance agents and fire departments
• Build a structured call and visit rotation across your assigned territory
  
  Document every call, visit, email, and presentation in the company CRM
• Generate qualified leads that convert to job starts across our service lines
• Deliver lunch-and-learns and CE presentations to referral partners
• Coordinate warm handoffs between referral sources, property owners, and our operations team

• $52K-$175K OTE ( Draw + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses )
• Field-based role with real autonomy to run your territory
