Are you a self-starter who thrives on the road and loves the art of the deal? We are looking for a Restoration Consultant to own a geographical territory and act as the face of our brand. We are looking for a consultant to serve our Northern Mississippi area.
What You’ll DoAs a Restoration Consultant, you aren’t just selling; you’re providing expert solutions. You will manage a target list and hit the pavement to bring our mobile showroom experience directly to the customer. You are responsible for driving revenue growth within an assigned geographic territory. This is a full-cycle sales role that includes lead generation, relationship development, site inspections, proposal creation, contract negotiation, and project handoff to operations.
- Territory Management: Canvas assigned target lists and maintain a consistent cadence of daily, weekly, and monthly sales calls.
- The Showroom
Experience:
Lead in-person interactions by conducting mobile showroom demonstrations within an 85-mile radius. - Expert Consulting: Provide tailored partnership advice based on specific customer needs, acting as a trusted advisor rather than just a vendor.
- Deal Execution: Facilitate locked pricing agreements, manage sales contracts, and ensure all paperwork is seamless.
- Collaborative Growth: Partner with Market and Branch Leadership to refine selling strategies and hit performance targets.
- Continuous Learning: Participate in monthly sales meetings to stay sharp on the latest restoration products, services, and industry trends.
- Road Warrior: You enjoy being mobile and are comfortable traveling up to 85 miles for on-site visits.
- Closer: You have a proven track record of executing contracts and exceeding sales targets.
- Consultative Mindset: You listen more than you talk and can pivot your pitch to solve a customer’s specific pain points.
